Our Approach
Wise Entertainment Law conceptualizes, negotiates and closes all types of entertainment deals, from the most basic talent contracts to the most complex international co-productions. We take care to understand our clients’ priorities, analyze the business context in which the deal is to be made, and creatively apply our broad industry knowledge to streamline and clarify the detailed legal provisions of each contract. The goal is to conclude each deal on the best possible terms in the most cost-effective manner. That takes experience, judgment and a talent for shepherding clients through the often stressful give-and-take of entertainment industry negotiations. After decades in the business, we know how to listen to our clients and strongly advocate on their behalf to deliver the results they want.
